Sharon recently opened up to Vogue about what she does to look like that. And, as you can imagine, she’s pretty active.

“People think that you have to go to the gym and you have to do 3,000 pounds of weight all the time, but you don’t. You have to move your body, and add a little bit of resistance,” she said. Sharon said she likes to focus on moving her body a lot during the day. “I do leg lifts and back kicks and pop down on the ground and do some jackknifes,” she said.

Sharon said she also does “arm jazz” with lead weights. “Pushing upwards for 15 minutes with a lead weight in your hand makes a lot of difference,” she said. She even straps weighted bracelets on when she’s working on her computer. “You’d be amazed how much working out you can do on your computer with a couple of pounds on your arms.”

Another hack? She’s a ThighMaster fan. “Frankly, it is sensational,” she said. “I put that between my legs while I’m watching TV.”

Sharon suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2001, and she told Good Housekeeping that she prioritizes her health now. She’s cut out alcohol, which she says has made a “huge difference” in her muscle tone. She also avoids foods with gluten and tries to stick to non-caffeinated teas instead of coffee. Sharon told WebMD that she also avoids processed foods, adding, “I haven’t been able to get potato chips out of my mind!”

Sharon also has a really healthy mindset about aging. “This idea that being youthful is the only thing that’s beautiful or attractive simply isn’t true,” she previously told Shape. “I don’t want to be an ‘ageless beauty.’ I want to be a woman who is the best I can be at my age.”
