The unedited pics show Kourt modeling her new haircut (courtesy of Travis), sans top. She posted the first shot on her Instagram with the caption, “Ten days of quarantine…” and the comment section truly went wild.
Of course, Travis responded with a cute comment of his own: “👩🏻❤️👨🏻 10 days with you,” he wrote. “I mean you guys make anything look 🔥❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥,” one fan added—and they’re not wrong, tbh.

Kourtney also posted a different version of the pic on her Instagram Story an hour later, this time with even more abs (but a little less Travis):
Her haircut looks pretty good—but how do Kourtney’s abs look that good? Turns out, she used to be really into cardio. For a while, Kourtney’s trainer Don Brooks helped her through a cardio routine five to six days a week, per Women’s Health.
“Now that she’s where she wants to be, I’m more project based with her,” Brooks told WH. “Say, she’s going to the Met Gala, she’ll call me up.”
He also says Kourtney’s a big fan of squats to tone her lower body. Brooks introduced her to a few different variations of squats, adding elements like a resistance band or a biceps curl to help Kourtney get the most out of her workouts. “These moves expend so much energy from their body, but ultimately, it really helps them reach the results they want,” he said.
She’s been super open about her love for Pilates on the ‘gram, too. Kourt has posted videos of her absolutely crushing her go-to Pilates routine, which includes seven key moves, per WH.

As for her diet, Kourtney used to be keto, but now eats a vegan diet “95%” of the time, per WH. She explained to readers what she eats in a day over on Poosh—she eats a lot of veggies, loves a good protein shake, and constantly snacks on pickles and tangerines.
Kourt’s favorite take-out meals include a vegan version of chicken and waffles and vegan sushi from Nobu. Sounds like a (yummy) recipe for success to me.
