Elizabeth Hurley, 56, Has ‘Heavenly’ Abs Posing On An Angel Wing Pool Float In New Bikini Instagram Photo
- Elizabeth Hurley, 56, showed off her strong, toned bod wearing one of her bikini designs on Instagram.
- In the latest fun photo, she’s all “heavenly” abs and toned legs floating on angel wings in the pool.
- The model, actress, and designer sneaks in movement whenever she can with a clever “found fitness” routine.
Elizabeth Hurley’s summer is still going strong, and she’s spending as much time as possible poolside. Of course, she’s wearing her Elizabeth Hurley Beach bikinis in all her sunny shenanigans.
In her latest Instagram post, the actress, 56, posted a new pic of herself posing in a blue and white bikini while laying on an angel wing floatie in her pool. Besides looking like a literal angel, her legs and abs are also sooo toned. Elizabeth’s summer and her bod are both equally strong, folks.
“Happy place #uksummer 🤷🏻♀️,” she captioned the pic.

“❤️ Angel ❤️,” one fan commented. And another wrote, “Age is just a number 👏.” It’s true, Elizabeth just celebrated her 56th birthday and continues to look ageless.
To stay so fit, Elizabeth starts her day with movement. She previously told Women’s Health that she wakes up around 7:30 a.m. She walks over to her bathroom, brushes her teeth and begins to do squat reps while she brushes. Elizabeth says she keeps up the squats for “as long as it takes to brush my teeth in the morning.” She repeats the same routine in the afternoon.
After eating breakfast, she goes for a morning walk with her dogs, a Labrador named Hector and a cocker spaniel named Mia. Her 30-minute walks are “just fast enough to get my heart rate up,” she says.
“Fresh air frees you of all tension,” Elizabeth says—which is why you’re more likely to see her getting her steps outside instead of on a treadmill. That’s…basically it. Elizabeth says that yoga and Pilates are also sometimes part of her routine, but mostly on vacation when she has more time.
As for her diet, Elizabeth likes to eat natural, healthy foods that are (preferably) locally grown.
“I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,” she told The Cut. “When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”
